Designed on a compact yet efficient 20 x 8 meter footprint, this single-story residence expertly utilizes its approximately 116 sqM (approx. 1,250 sq ft) of built area. The layout is thoughtfully organized into a subtle U-shaped floor plan, which naturally defines different living zones while maintaining a cohesive and flowing interior space.
